The Scotsman MC0330SAX-1 Prodigy ELITE® ice maker streamlines high-demand beverage service with reliable performance and smart connectivity. This cube style, air-cooled machine with a self-contained condenser produces up to 365 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50° (283 lb AHRI certified). It delivers a small cube size and pairs with the ICELINQ® mobile app via Bluetooth® connectivity for convenient monitoring, while preservation mode, an external bin full indicator, and AutoAlert™ indicating lights help keep operations on schedule.

Daily upkeep is simplified with WaterSense adjustable purge control, one-touch cleaning, harvest assist, and a front facing removable air filter. A unit-specific QR code supports quick access to machine information. Built with a stainless steel finish and AgION™ antimicrobial protection, the unit uses R290 refrigerant and operates on 115v/60/1-ph. Certified cETLus and NSF, it is engineered and assembled in the USA for dependable, professional use.
