The Scotsman MC0530SAX-32 Prodigy ELITE® cube style ice maker delivers reliable output and streamlined control for high-demand operations. This air-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser produces up to 476 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50° (370 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°), supplying consistent small cubes that support fast service and quality presentation.

Operators gain intuitive oversight via the ICELINQ® mobile app and Bluetooth® connectivity, while AutoAlert™ indicating lights, an external bin full indicator, and a unit specific QR code simplify monitoring and service. WaterSense adjustable purge control, one-touch cleaning, harvest assist, and preservation mode help maintain performance and reduce maintenance. A front facing removable air filter speeds routine care. Built with a stainless steel finish and AgION™ antimicrobial protection, this model uses R290 refrigerant, is cETLus and NSF listed, and is engineered and assembled in USA.
