This 60-inch gas unit channels 330,000 BTU across ten burners—five star/saute in front and five non-clog in the rear—so chefs can sear, reduce, and hold at the same time. Optimize station flow by prioritizing fast saute work up front and long-simmering pots at the rear.
Standard grates support a variety of pan sizes, while the 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf keeps tools and seasonings within reach to minimize steps. Two cabinet bases organize frequently used smallwares and backup product to speed changeovers between dayparts. From prep to service, this configuration helps tight kitchens move efficiently.
Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf promote easy cleanup and a professional presentation, and 6" adjustable legs simplify leveling. CSA and NSF listings support code compliance, and this model qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program (see program document for details).
