The Traulsen G10002P is a dealer’s choice pass-thru, one-section refrigerator with 24.72 cu. ft. of capacity designed to keep product accessible from either side. Two half-height solid doors on the control side and two half-height solid doors on the opposite side streamline handoffs between prep, cookline, and service. A self-contained refrigeration system using non-flammable R-450A refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor delivers dependable performance. Operators get precise oversight from a microprocessor control with an LED display, while LED interior lights improve visibility across three factory-installed, epoxy coated shelves. Built for everyday use, it features stainless steel doors with a matching louver rail and anodized aluminum sides and interior. Six-inch high casters support easy positioning and cleaning around the unit. Certified cETLus and NSF, the G10002P helps teams organize, present, and access ingredients efficiently on busy lines.
