The True TPP-AT2-93-HC refrigerated pizza prep table streamlines high-volume production with a 93.38-inch width, front-breathing refrigeration, and a pan rail maintained between 33°F and 41°F. Its angled top with two foam-insulated stainless steel lids protects ingredients while keeping them within easy reach. Inside, a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless-steel floor simplify cleaning, and six heavy-duty, adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves keep supplies organized. The 19.5-inch-deep removable high-density polyethylene cutting board delivers a generous, dedicated prep surface. A factory-engineered capillary tube system paired with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/4 HP compressor provides reliable cooling performance. Built with a stainless-steel front, top, and ends plus a GalFan-coated steel back, this unit is designed for busy kitchens. The top includes twelve 1/3-size clear polycarbonate insert pans.
