Product Description
The True TPP-AT-119D-4-HC refrigerated pizza prep table consolidates ingredient storage and assembly across 119.25 inches of workspace. It includes fifteen 1/3-size pans on top, four drawers, and two doors with two PVC-coated wire shelves per door section. Stainless steel construction, eco-friendly foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and a self-contained refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support consistent cold holding. Patented, foam-insulated flat lids help keep pan temperatures colder, with a 33–41°F range, and the unit is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food product. The removable white polyethylene cutting board measures 19.5 inches deep by 119.25 inches wide for sanitary, durable prep. Dimensions are 38.9 inches in height (without casters) and 33.6 inches in depth. Power requirements include 115V, 1 phase, 7.1 amps, 3/4 HP, and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
