The True TSSU-48-18M-B-HC 48" 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table streamlines busy make lines in restaurants, cafeterias, and salad bars. Built for demanding service, it features a stainless steel front, top, and sides with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back, plus a white aluminum interior and a stainless steel floor for added reinforcement. The mega-top layout includes eighteen 1/6-size polycarbonate pans (4" depth) beneath a foam-insulated stainless lid and hood to keep ingredients colder and minimize condensation. Prep directly on the full-length, 8-7/8" removable cutting board, while four heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves hold backups within reach. A self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) for reliable holding. With 115V power and 1/3 HP performance, this unit supports efficient workflow and consistent presentation across your line.
