Product Description
The True TUC-48F-HC 48-inch undercounter freezer provides frozen storage in a compact footprint with two solid doors and about 12 cu. ft. capacity. Its oversized refrigeration system holds -10°F to protect product quality during prep and service. The unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with 0 ozone depletion and reduced global warming potential, a natural option that is more efficient than other commonly used refrigerants. An automatic defrost system reduces manual maintenance and helps sustain consistent performance. Inside, four heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves support demanding loads and keep ingredients organized for faster workflow. Durable stainless steel and aluminum construction paired with foamed-in-place eco-friendly polyurethane insulation enhances cold retention and durability. Standard 5" diameter casters make it easy to move for cleaning, and locking doors add security. Powered by a 1/2 HP, 115V, 1-phase system drawing 3.2 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
