The True TUC-93D-4-HC undercounter refrigerator elevates cold holding and workflow along busy prep lines. At 93.25 inches wide with a front-breathing design, it integrates cleanly beneath counters to maximize space. The cabinet holds 33°F to 38°F (0.56°C to 3.33°C) for dependable food-safe storage. Four stainless steel drawers keep ingredients organized at arm’s reach; each drawer accommodates two full-size 12" x 20" x 8" pans (not included). A self-closing stainless steel door with two adjustable shelves adds flexible bulk storage. Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel top and sides, an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, and foamed-in-place, eco-friendly polyurethane insulation to lock in the cold. Powered by a 1/3 HP, 115V system, the TUC-93D-4-HC helps chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers streamline station setup and maintain consistent performance in tight footprints.
