Product Description
The Turbo Air SAS-50R-N refrigerated sushi case pairs attractive presentation with dependable temperature control. Straight front glass, a black exterior, and LED interior lighting highlight product visibility, while two tempered glass rear sliding doors with handles support quick access. Three bottom shelves organize the 1.5 cu. ft. interior. A self-contained compressor is located on the right from the customer side view. Digital temperature display and control help maintain 35°F–41°F, and the unit is rated for ambient temperatures from 50–80°F with 39°F saturation. Built with 304 stainless steel exterior body and food plates, it includes a 1" drain. The case uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 1/6 HP, 3.0 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. Certified cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation.
