The Turbo Air SAS-70R-N 71-inch refrigerated sushi display case combines clean product presentation with efficient service access. A self-contained compressor located on the right from the customer side view keeps the 2.3 cu. ft. interior at holding temperatures of 35°F–41°F, supported by a digital temperature display and control. The straight front glass, LED interior lighting, and black exterior highlight freshness while maintaining a low profile on the counter. Four tempered glass rear sliding doors with handles allow quick staff access, and five bottom shelves organize fish, garnishes, and trays for smooth workflow. Built with 304 stainless steel exterior body and food plates and a 1" drain, this case is designed for everyday operation and easy cleanup. It performs in ambient temperatures from 50°F to 80°F (39°F saturation) and runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Plug-and-play power is provided by a 115v/60/1-ph, 1/6 HP system drawing 3.0 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, and it is cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation listed.
