Engineered for busy service, the Vollrath 38715 Affordable Portable cold food serving counter helps chefs and foodservice operators stage chilled menu items with speed and confidence. The non-refrigerated, three-pan well is 6 inches deep stainless with a 1-inch drain, ideal for holding pre-chilled foods over ice and expediting cleanup between service.
A buffet-style acrylic breath guard with 12-inch clearance showcases product while shielding it from contaminants. The 35-inch work surface supports smooth plating in cafeterias, cafes, and catered setups.
A black finish storage base with sliding doors keeps utensils, backups, and pans organized and within reach. Four locking casters let facility managers and buyers position the station on the line, reconfigure layouts on the fly, or roll it into storage after service.
