The non-refrigerated, 6-inch-deep stainless well with a 1-inch drain streamlines setup and cleanup, helping teams turn over menus between dayparts. Operators can stage chilled pans confidently while maintaining clean, professional presentation.
A buffet-style acrylic breath guard with 12-inch clearance enhances visibility and protection, and the cherry woodgrain storage base with sliding doors keeps backup pans and utensils close by. Four locking casters make it simple to roll into position and lock for stable service.
