The Vollrath 39713 Affordable Portable Cold Food Station streamlines chilled merchandising in tight footprints. Measuring 46" W x 24" D with a 35" work surface, this cold food serving counter fits seamlessly into self-service lines and made-to-order stations. Its non-refrigerated design simplifies placement and setup.
A 6-inch-deep stainless well with a 1-inch drain supports efficient cold holding and quick removal of meltwater at cleanup. The included cafeteria-style acrylic breath guard protects food while keeping sightlines clear for attractive presentation.
