Designed for efficient flow, the 3-pan size layout with a 6" deep stainless well and 1" drain speeds setup, service, and changeovers. A 35" work surface height supports comfortable plating and tray assembly. It’s a smart utility serving counter for schools, healthcare, and corporate dining.
