Keep lines moving with the Vollrath Affordable Portable™ 39951 cold food station. This non-refrigerated, 3-pan unit features a 6" deep stainless steel well with a 1" drain to speed cleanup and changeovers. It’s a smart fit for salads, fruit, and toppings throughout service.
At a 35" work surface height, staff plate comfortably while guests view selections behind the included cafeteria-style acrylic breath guard. The walnut woodgrain finish open storage base keeps extra pans and utensils within easy reach to maintain flow.
Four locking casters roll into position for pop-up stations, catering, and cafeteria serving lines, then lock for stability. This cold food serving counter combines mobility with a compact 46"W x 24"D footprint to maximize space. NSF listed and Made in USA for professional foodservice environments.
