The Vollrath 5950875 Mirage induction buffet warmer streamlines serving lines and displays while protecting food quality. This low-profile countertop unit measures 23"W x 16"D x 3-1/16"H and features a black tempered ceramic glass top with a matching black base for a clean, cohesive look. Touch controls with four power levels let staff quickly dial in hold only or warming only operation. LED indicator lights on both the control panel and the glass top provide clear at-a-glance status. Built-in safeguards—including over-heat protection, small-article detection, pan auto-detection, and empty-pan shut-off—help ensure safe, consistent performance throughout service. For efficient wiring and layout, connect up to three warmers with the 37-1/2" inter-connect cord and power them with a single cord; up to four units can run on a 15 amp circuit.
