The Vollrath R38960 Affordable Portable™ refrigerated cold food serving counter helps you showcase and protect chilled menu items with a fully enclosed clear acrylic breath guard. Its NSF/ANSI 2 certified guard provides 12-inch clearance, supporting safe self-service in cafeterias, healthcare, education, and catering lines. The walnut woodgrain wrapper elevates presentation while complementing a range of front-of-house decors.
Organize salads, toppings, and desserts efficiently with a 4-pan layout and a 6-inch deep stainless well that maintains consistent cold holding. Speed cleanup between service periods using the integrated 1-inch drain. Roll it into position and lock the casters to align with changing traffic patterns or event setups.
Plug into a standard 120V outlet via the NEMA 5-15P connection for quick deployment. The solid base provides a sturdy footprint for busy service. Made to order; typical production is 10 working days plus one day for order entry.
