This single-deck, standard-depth unit delivers 12.5 kW of heat and a 1/2 HP motor to move air evenly, helping chefs reach uniform color and doneness across every tray. ENERGY STAR certification supports lower utility use without compromising throughput.
Solid state controls and a 60-minute timer streamline training and repeatable programs across shifts. Five nickel-plated racks let you stage multiple batches of roasted vegetables, proteins, or baked goods at once, while the windowed stainless steel door makes progress checks quick without dumping heat.
Stainless steel front, top, and sides stand up to daily cleaning in restaurants, institutions, and catering operations. 23-3/4 inch legs with feet create under-oven clearance for sanitation and smooth integration with existing cooklines, and the Quick Ship designation helps keep projects on schedule.
