Keep food hot and service-ready with the Vulcan VHFA18-QS-PLATINUM heated cart. This mobile, non-insulated cabinet uses a fan and air tunnel to move heat throughout the cavity for dependable holding from top to bottom. A glass door enables quick visual checks without opening the cabinet and dumping heat.
Load for volume with capacity for (18) 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans—ideal for banquets, catered events, and tray lines. Fixed tray slides on 3" centers accept standard pans and keep product organized for fast pulls during peak periods. Stainless steel construction withstands daily transport between prep, cook, and service areas.
