Spanning 72 inches, it covers trays and overshelves so plated meals and fried sides stay appetizing between cookline and service. Its extruded aluminum body stands up to daily use and wipes clean quickly to keep the line moving.
A durable tubular sheath heating element delivers consistent warmth along the full length, supporting even presentation and predictable ticket times. Included undermount brackets make it easy to secure beneath shelves for a tidy, space-saving install that clears clutter from the work surface.
