The Winco AFP-12XC-H non-stick aluminum fry pan is made from durable high grade aluminum. This Winco fry pan is easy to wash and will last a long time. Fry pans are made to rest flat on burners to prevent "gassing," which occurs when the open flame climbs the pan's sides and directly connects to the oil. The deep sides of this Winco 12" nonstick aluminum fry pan make stirring and turning contents easier. Excalibur non-stick coating provides excellent food release and durability.
