Yes, you have full control. If you have an overstock of filters or cartridges, you can skip an upcoming delivery or pause your subscription directly from your customer portal. If you need to cancel entirely, you can do so through your account page before your next billing date with no hidden fees.

When you sign up, you will be billed for your first order immediately. Subsequent recurring orders will be automatically charged to your authorized payment method at the frequency interval you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you pause or cancel.

If a payment fails, we will automatically attempt to retry the charge a few times over the following days and notify you via email. You can securely update your billing information at any time by logging into your account and clicking Manage Payment Methods.

Yes! Subscribers enjoy exclusive savings on select products (like replacement water filtration systems and cartridges) compared to standard one-time purchases. The active discount will automatically apply to every recurring order in your cycle.

If an item is temporarily out of stock when your subscription is scheduled to renew, the system will automatically hold the order and send you an email notification. We will retry the order as soon as stock is replenished.
When you purchase a product subscription on our store, you are signing up for continuous, recurring shipments.
- Automatic Charges: Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency chosen at checkout (e.g., every 3 months, 6 months, etc.).
- Authorized Payment: You expressly authorize Burkett to charge your saved payment method on file for each renewal period at the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees, until your subscription is cancelled.
Your billing cycle is directly tied to your initial purchase date:
- Billing Date: Future subscription orders will be billed and created on the anniversary date of your interval selection
(e.g., if you buy on the 10th with a 3-month cycle, your next bill is the 10th three months later).
- Failed Payments: If your payment method declines, we will automatically re-attempt to charge your card over a multi-day period. If the payment consistently fails, the system will automatically pause your subscription, and shipments will be held until your payment information is updated.
If your subscription includes an introductory discount (e.g., "Save 10% on your first order"), future renewals will automatically default to our standard recurring subscription price as specified during checkout. We reserve the right to change product pricing for subscriptions; however, we will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice via email before any price adjustments take effect on your active contracts.
You maintain full control over your deliveries. You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your customer account portal on our website. Through the dashboard, you can:
- Update your billing or shipping addresses.
- Skip or Pause: You can temporarily skip a scheduled delivery or pause your subscription at any time prior to your next upcoming billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Deadline to Cancel: To avoid being billed for your next scheduled order, you must cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled billing date.
- How to Cancel: Cancellations can be processed instantly by logging into your customer account portal and clicking "Cancel Subscription," or by emailing our support team at [Insert Support Email] with your request.
- Post-Cancellation: If you cancel after an order has already been billed and processed, that final order will still ship, and your subscription will officially terminate immediately following that final shipment.
All subscription renewal orders are subject to our standard store return policy.
