With the handy APW Wyott GGM-48S 48" countertop griddle, you can easily bring the tantalizing flavor and aroma of sizzling, grilled dishes to your company. The cooking power of the two "U" burners, which can be adjusted from high to low using four manual controls, may reach a maximum of 80,000 BTUs. With a 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate that can handle continuous use in your busy commercial kitchen, this welded, stainless steel griddle is built to last. 

Grease splashes are kept on the griddle where they belong by a 3" high, sloped stainless steel backsplash, and extra grease is conveniently drained into a steel grease collection drawer using the grease chute that is also provided.
