Two programmable heating zones are part of the hot dog roller grill's heating technology. For serving customers, set one zone's temperature to grilling and the other to NSF Safe Holding. The operator has total control over temperature settings with this Infinite Control system, enabling them to cook a wide range of hot dogs, sausages, egg rolls, and other roll-type goods.
