The Arctic Air ARCB60 chef base combines cold storage with a sturdy work surface, making it a versatile solution for commercial kitchens. Designed with two full-extension telescoping drawers, it accommodates up to six full-size pans, allowing chefs to keep ingredients within reach during prep and cooking. Both top and bottom drawers are built to hold 6" deep pans, offering flexible storage options.
Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and interior, this unit is built for durability and long-term performance. The reinforced stainless top includes an insulated ceramic fabric layer and marine edge, providing a stable workspace while preventing spills from dripping onto the floor. A front-accessible condensing unit simplifies maintenance, while the self-contained capillary tube system and R290 refrigerant help maintain food-safe temperatures efficiently.
