Its 36-inch footprint and 35.7 by 20.2 inch cooking surface give line cooks room to sear steaks, burgers, and skewers side by side. Built to support consistent results service after service.
Independent manual controls create multi-zone flexibility, so you can hard-sear proteins while gently finishing seafood or vegetables.
