With three burners and standby pilots, this fryer heats up quickly and is ready to use whenever you need it. Food is placed inside two nickel-plated baskets with coated handles and a wire crumb rack and basket hanger are also included for convenience. The self-reset high temperature limiting device on this Atosa CookRite gas fryer maintains a stable temperature in the event of an emergency, and the bottom of the tank features an oil cooling zone.
