The Atosa CookRite ATFS-50 gas fryer is ideal for french fries, chicken, onion rings, and anything else you wish to fry. The stainless steel framework looks great on any kitchen floor and is both easy to clean and corrosion resistant. This unit has a 50 lb. oil capacity and a temperature range of 200° to 400°F. This fryer heats up rapidly with 4 burners and standby pilots, so it's ready anytime you need it. Two nickel-plated baskets with coated handles are used for frying, and a wire crumb rack and basket hanger are also included. The self-reset high temperature limiting device on this Atosa CookRite gas fryer ensures the temperature is stable in the event of an emergency, and the bottom of the tank features an oil cooling zone as well.
