Engineered for busy commercial kitchens, the Atosa ATFS-50-LP CookRite gas floor fryer drives throughput without crowding your line. Its space-saving 15.6-inch width and durable stainless steel structure fit neatly on a cookline while standing up to daily use and frequent cleaning. A 50 lb oil capacity supports batch frying during peak periods.
Four powerful burners deliver 136,000 BTU and a responsive 200°F–400°F temperature range to keep fries, wings, and appetizers moving with consistent results. Standby pilots simplify ignition and help maintain readiness between batches. This performance-focused configuration helps maintain ticket times during rushes.
An oil cooling zone seated at the bottom of the tank collects sediment away from the cooking area to support cleaner frying. A self-reset high temperature limiting device adds protection for staff and equipment, while adjustable stainless steel legs help you level the unit with adjacent stations.
