The Atosa CSTEA-4C electric steam table can keep your menu items sizzling hot and ready to serve. This powerful warming and holding unit is a great addition to buffets, self-serve cafeterias, and other food service settings.

It is constructed with two fully insulated open wells and a poly cutting board with an 18 gauge stainless steel support shelf and brackets. For best heating adaptability, it includes two types of heating elements, and each individual well is individually regulated by an infinite control knob.

Each well is 8" deep and has a 12" x 20" stainless steel die-stamped entrance. They are designed for dry heating. The unit is kept clean and food pans are simple to load and unload thanks to the rising lip surrounding the well.
