A tempered glass door provides clear product visibility to reduce door openings, and the field-reversible design adapts to your kitchen layout. Simple dial controls paired with an easy-to-read LED display make adjustments fast during peak service. Durable stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily use, while two swivel and two locking casters balance mobility and stability. Operating at 1.9 kW on 120v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-20P plug, this ENERGY STAR, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation listed unit supports efficient, compliant workflows.
