The Atosa ATWC-24 CookRite Economy warming and holding cabinet streamlines back-of-house workflow with insulated, stainless steel construction and a compact 21-1/2"W x 31-3/4"D x 69-3/4"H footprint. It accommodates up to (24) 18" x 26" pans on integrated slides and maintains precise holding with a heating mode from 85°F to 207°F. Simple dial controls and an LED display make temperature checks quick at a glance, while the transparent polycarbonate door with a remain-open feature supports efficient loading, unloading, and visual monitoring on the line.
Designed for busy kitchens, the unit features a removable control drawer for straightforward service and a field reversible door for flexible placement. The stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use, and the cabinet moves into position on (2) swivel casters and (2) locking casters.
