Keep the line moving with the Atosa MGF8450GR refrigerated chef base, a 48.4-inch wide, two-drawer platform that chills ingredients where you cook. Its side-mounted, self-contained system maintains 34°F to 40°F in a compact 7.7 cu. ft. footprint. Position it under griddles, ranges, or charbroilers to tighten workflows and cut trips to the walk-in.
Organize proteins, garnishes, or sauté prep in the included pans—use (4) 12 x 20 or (6) 1/6 stainless steel pans to match your menu. Two self-closing drawers with recessed handles speed access while helping preserve set temperatures. Digital temperature control supports precise holding for seafood, produce, and sauces.
Built with stainless steel inside and out, this base stands up to high-volume service and wipes down quickly between shifts. Roll it into place on 2.5" casters for cleaning or reconfiguration. The 115v/60/1-ph, NEMA 5-15P connection and R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support straightforward operation.
