The Atosa MSF3615GR is a compact, two-section mega top sandwich / salad prep table engineered for fast, organized service. Measuring 36-5/16 inches wide with 8.7 cubic feet of refrigerated capacity, it fits tight lines while supporting busy lunch rushes. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies installation and streamlines maintenance.
Outfit the rail with the included fifteen 1/6-size stainless steel pans to stage meats, cheeses, greens, and garnishes for sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Two solid hinged self-closing doors keep product protected and minimize temperature swings during peak hours. A digital temperature control lets operators dial in holding conditions as menus change.
