Set your mise en place with openings for eighteen 1/6-size pans on the stainless top; furnished pans are 4 inches deep, while the tops also accept 6-inch deep pans. The four pull-out drawers, including upper and lower positions, accommodate 6-inch deep pans for high-volume holding. A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board supports efficient sandwich, salad, and pizza assembly right at the station.

Built for daily demands, the unit features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom, plus an easy-clean aluminum interior.
