A 96-inch by 24-inch stainless work surface with a 5-inch rear backsplash keeps tools and ingredients organized while containing splashes. Place it behind the cookline for plating, as a prep station, or to stage countertop equipment.
The 18-gauge type 430 top features turndown edges on the front and sides for a clean, comfortable edge, and channel reinforcements to support heavy loads. An adjustable galvanized undershelf adapts to pans, smallwares, or bulk ingredients to maximize vertical storage. Smooth surfaces wipe down quickly between tasks to maintain hygiene and flow.
Six 1-5/8-inch galvanized legs with high-impact, corrosion-resistant adjustable feet ensure stability and easy leveling on uneven floors. Built for demanding foodservice environments, it supports efficient workflows in restaurants, commissaries, and institutional kitchens.
