Gold Medal is the industry’s leading concession equipment manufacturer and supplier of specialty foods, machines, and supplies.

Gold Medal began in 1931, selling soft drink concentrates, eventually adding cake flavors and coloring to their selection. By 1933, amusement parks were investing in these drink concentrates to produce fresh, flavorful beverages and sno-cones. Shortly thereafter, Gold Medal introduced popcorn supplies to the foodservice industry, and by the late 1940s, they were one of the primary producers of ice shavers and popcorn machines.
