This unit is designed with thick, high-quality CFC-free insulation that maintains the interior temperatures to keep contents cold for 4+ hours. This Cambro Ultra Pro Cart comes with heavy duty 6" casters and molded ergonomic handles to make maneuvering and transporting easy, allowing you to deliver food quick and efficiently. In addition, the marine rail provides additional counter space for extra trays, while the exterior construction boasts rust-proof and dent resistant capabilities to prolong the food cares service quality. Energy efficient, the thermoelectric cold module circulates cold air from top to bottom, maintaining cold food temperatures evenly throughout. This solid state cooling unit is factory set to 32.5˚F and is adjustable up to 40˚F.
