This low-profile, front-loading, electric cart streamlines plating and delivery for banquets, satellite service, and high-volume kitchens. Its versatile interior accepts common pan, tray, and box sizes to keep workflows moving.
Plug in to standard 110v and monitor holding at a glance with the solar digital thermometer, while the rear-mounted cold module delivers reliable performance. A gasket free magnetic quick-close door and tough 4" nylon latches help maintain conditions between loads. Eight adjustable stainless steel universal rails with 3" - 1-1/2" spacing adapt quickly to changing menus and packaging.
