Configure the loadout for any menu with 14 pairs of adjustable stainless steel universal rails. The cart accommodates (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans, (28) 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, (20) GN 1/1 food pans, (14) 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" trays, (28) 12-3/4" x 20-7/8" trays, or (14) 16" x 16" x 2" pizza boxes. Two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors and 4" nylon latches support fast access during peak service.
