Streamline workflow with auto start when the hood is closed, a positive door interlock, and lighted bottom-mounted HMI controls. On-board service diagnostics simplify troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep your dishroom on schedule.
Adapt to your space and utilities with field-convertible straight-through or corner configuration and three-phase to single-phase conversion, plus a single-point electrical connection. A robust 2 HP self-draining pump, automatic tank fill and drain valve, interchangeable spray arms, cold water feed only, Rinse Sentry, and detergent/chemical connections deliver reliable results for restaurants, hospitality, and institutional operators.
