Maximize back-of-house throughput with the CMA Dishmachines S-B Energy Mizer® pot & pan dishwasher. A straight-thru, double rack configuration and 27" dish clearance let crews load bulky pots, sheet pans, and mixing bowls without slowing the line. Low temperature chemical sanitizing helps protect wares while delivering consistent results.
Top-mounted controls with built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system simplify operation and upkeep. Auto start/stop and upper and lower wash arms with a pull-pin design speed changeovers and routine cleaning. The Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator, integrated scrap tray, and a strainer on the water inlet keep debris out of the wash system to sustain performance.
