Engineered for busy kitchens, the CookTek 678101 SinAqua Souper induction kettle delivers precise holding and rapid rethermalizing in a compact footprint. Touch pad controls and a digital temperature display make setup straightforward while helping preserve product quality and consistency.
Dial in performance with adjustable ranges that hold from 140°–200°F and rethermalize from 170°–200°F. A programmable stir notification prompts timely agitation to keep soups, sauces, and chowders uniform during peak service.
The included 11 qt 18/8 stainless steel tureen and lid present cleanly on the line, and the spun aluminum exterior and fascia are built for demanding foodservice environments. A polycarbonate adapter ring seats the tureen neatly for a tidy, professional presentation across prep areas, serving stations, and catered events.
