Boost hot-holding and soup service efficiency with the CookTek 679101-4 SinAqua Souper induction kettle system. Manage four kettles from one multi-unit touch pad controller while monitoring a clear digital temperature display. A programmable stir notification prompts timely agitation to help maintain texture and consistency.
Dial in holding temperatures from 140–200°F or rethermalize from 170–200°F to move product smoothly from prep to service. Streamline buffet lines, cafeterias, and catering operations by keeping chowders, sauces, and signature soups ready to serve with precise, repeatable control.
Built for daily service, the unit features a spun aluminum exterior and a durable polycarbonate adapter ring. It includes two 4 qt 18/8 stainless steel soup tureens with lids for attractive presentation and quick changeouts. The electric, induction design runs on 100–120V power and connects via a NEMA 5-15P, making deployment simple across your facility.
