The Cres Cor 1001822D is a mobile, enclosed cabinet designed to streamline pan transport and staging in busy kitchens, bakeries, and catered operations. At 42" high with single-wall, non-insulated construction, it excels at ambient storage and efficient movement of prepared items or mise en place between work areas.
Corrugated side walls act as integral slides on 1-1/2" centers, securely holding up to 22 full-size 18" x 26" pans to optimize capacity and organization. A reinforced door swings a full 270° and uses a gravity-type latch for quick, reliable closure, while the included card clip helps identify contents for accurate routing and inventory.
