The Cres Cor H135SUA6 heated mobile cabinet streamlines hot holding, letting chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers maintain serve-ready temperatures from kitchen to service line. An insulated, one-compartment design with a bottom-mount heater helps retain heat and stabilizes the load during transport. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use.
Improve workflow with field reversible dutch doors that adapt to your space and traffic patterns. Recessed push/pull handles and four 5" swivel casters, two braked, make it easy to steer down tight corridors and lock in place at the pass or patient tray line.
Configure the interior to your menu with six sets of chrome-plated wire universal angle slides on 4-1/2" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments to fit a mix of pans and trays. An analog thermometer offers quick, at-a-glance temperature checks, while anti-microbial latches support hygiene standards in busy operations.
