The Dormont GI-250-K grease interceptor is engineered to manage heavy fats, oils, and grease loads in high-volume commercial kitchens. With a 250 GPM flow rate and 500 lb grease capacity, it safeguards drains and downstream equipment while keeping service areas running smoothly. Deploy it on dish machines, pot-and-pan sinks, and prep lines to handle peak demand with confidence.
Installation and service are streamlined with 4-inch no-hub inlet and outlet connections and a skid-proof, gasketed cover secured by hex head center bolt(s). A removable baffle and double wall deep seal trap promote effective separation and straightforward maintenance. The integral stainless steel flow control helps regulate influent for consistent performance.
