Rated for 20 gallons per minute with a 40 lb grease capacity, it keeps dish and prep lines moving by separating FOG before it reaches the drain. The epoxy-coated steel body and solid steel, gasketed cover are built for daily commercial demands.
Accelerate routine maintenance using the flexible draw-off hose and line shut-off valve for controlled removal between scheduled service. A removable baffle assembly and deep seal trap with cleanout help crews access internals quickly and return to operation fast.
