Streamline fat, oil, and grease management with the Dormont WD-25-A semi-automatic draw-off grease interceptor. Built for a 25 GPM flow rate and 50 lb capacity, it helps keep sinks, dish machines, and prep areas moving. An epoxy-coated steel body and a gasketed solid steel cover stand up to demanding back-of-house conditions.
Speed up maintenance with a semi-automatic draw-off system that uses a flexible hose and line shut-off valve for controlled removal. A removable grease-accumulating cover and baffle assembly, plus a deep seal trap with cleanout, allow quick, thorough service between shifts.
Threaded 3" inlet and outlet connections simplify installation on new or existing lines. Position it near pot sinks, combi ovens with wash cycles, or warewashing stations to intercept grease before it reaches your waste line. Keep your grease trap routine efficient and your kitchen workflow consistent.
