An epoxy-coated steel body with a solid steel, gasketed cover and hex head perimeter bolts stands up to demanding back-of-house environments. The removable grease-accumulating cover and baffle assembly, deep seal trap with cleanout, and internal stainless steel flow control fitting are built for efficient separation and service. Threaded 4-inch inlet and outlet connections simplify installation and maintenance.
Speed routine pump-offs with the semi-automatic draw-off, complete with a flexible hose and line shut-off valve. Ideal for dish rooms, prep areas, and fry stations, this grease trap solution helps minimize downtime and keep service on schedule.
