Keep back-of-house plumbing protected and your team moving with the Dormont WD-10 grease interceptor. Built to capture fats, oils, and grease before they enter the drain line, this unit supports steady throughput with a 10 GPM flow rate and dependable separation.
An epoxy coated steel body endures daily use, while the solid steel, gasketed cover with hex head center bolt(s) locks down a secure seal between cleanouts. The external cast iron flow control fitting regulates inflow, and the removable baffle assembly plus deep seal trap with cleanout make routine maintenance fast.
Deploy it at prep sinks, pot sinks, or light warewashing runs to maintain uptime and protect downstream systems. 2" inlet and outlet with no-hub connections streamline installation, with a threaded option available by adding "THD" to the model number at no additional charge. PDI certified for verified performance.
